Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE ), Class 12 Board Examinations 2021 have been cancelled. The information was passed on that the Central Board of Secondary Education would not be conducting the class 12 board examinations 2021. As to the more of the evaluation, details are still due.
Taking the choice on the much-debated and awaited issue, P.M. Narendra Modi today said, 'Health and safety of our students are of utmost importance and there would be no compromise on this...' He also said that anxiety among students, parents and teachers must be put to an end.
"Students shouldn't be forced to seem for exams in such stressful situation. All stakeholders got to show sensitivity for college kids," he added within the high-level meeting chaired by him.

As for the evaluation criteria, the same has been finalized. It was noted that the board would take necessary steps to compile the results in an objective type and time-bound manner. It was also added that in case students want to appear for the examinations, CBSE would organize Board Examinations at a later date when it is conducive to conduct the examinations but CBSE finally announced the cancellation news!!!

The announcement comes as a huge satisfaction to lakhs of students who have been rallying the government requesting the same. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Omar Abdullah have welcomed the decision. Taking to Twitter, Arvind Kejriwal said, "I am glad 12th exams are cancelled. All of us were worried about the health of our children. A big relief".

The decision was taken at a gathering chaired by PM Modi on Tuesday evening. The Prime Minister said that the choice on Class 12 CBSE Exams has been taken within the interest of scholars.
